WHAT TO DO NEXT:

1. Perform basic content editing (e.g. Syllabus, Meet the Professor, Handouts, Assignments).
2. Choose a theme or customize your background under Site Settings.
3. Change your status to OPEN under Site Settings.
4. Announce the URL to your students and have them register (your course directory will be created automatically).

This video shows an adult wild-type rat being introduced to a juvenile rat. Notice the bar on the top of the frame...this is keeping track of any investigative behaviors from the adult rat, such as sniffing, grooming or sparring.

This video is the same set-up as the top, however, an adult TRPC4 knock-out rat is used along with a wild-type juvenile. Do you notice any differences in investigative behaviors between the two strains of rats? (Hint: it's helpful to play the videos simultaneously)
