Saint Valentine's Day 14th February 2011

Saint Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14th. It is traditionally a day on which lovers express their feelings by sending each other flowers, chocolates and greeting cards. Some people also send anonymous secret Valentine?s cards.
Part of the fun is guessing who they are from.

You can find out more about the traditions and origins of Valentine?s day on the following link:'s_Day

To get you into the Valentine?s Day spirit students at Leeds Language College can write a love poem or story. We can publish them on this portal. All stories and poems must be your own work. They can be fact or fiction. Please hand your poems in at Reception. The closing date is 28th February 2010.

A wide variety of International food, drink, master classes from famous curry chefs, live music and street entertainment will be represented.
