Three out of five of his broker-dealer firms have also been expelled by FINRA for numerous reasons, including illegal and immoral activity. Charges filed against him at the United States District Court, E.D. New York includes conspiracy to commit wire and securities fraud, money laundering and serial bankruptcy filing.
